By proceeding with the commission, you are agreeing all of our terms of service.

Pricing and Payment

- Payment Methods: I accept payments through PayPal invoices for USD currency and ShopeePay or Sea Bank for Indonesian currency (IDR).
- Payment Schedule: For all clients, an upfront payment is required before any work started.
- Commission Slot Reservation: Commission slots will only be reserved once the payment has been completed.
- Pricing: For clients outside of Indonesia, the commission price is set in USD. International clients are required to pay in USD through PayPal invoices.
- Commercial Use Pricing: If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, such as for merchandise or promotional materials, an additional fee of 2x the price will apply
- Refunds & Cancellations: I strive to maintain a strict no-refunds and no-cancellation policy, but I have the right to propose a refund to the client if i have a certain conditions where it doesn't allow me to finish the project.

Artist Rights and Ownerships

- As the artist, I retain full artistic rights over the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, website, social media platforms, or commission sheet as representative samples of my work. However, as a precautionary measure, a subtle watermark will be applied to prevent any kind of unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or usage of the artwork. By commissioning me, you acknowledge and consent to this usage.
- Ownership: The commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless a separate agreement is reached. The client receives personal usage rights as outlined in the agreed terms and conditions

Usage and Restrictions

- Commercial Usage: The client is strictly prohibited from using the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes without obtaining explicit written permission from the artist. This includes, but is not limited to, selling prints, merchandise, licensing, advertising, self-promotions, or any other activity intended for profit-making.
- Credit Requirement: When sharing or publishing the commissioned artwork, the client must give proper credit to the artist. This also applied to commercial usage.
- Alterations and Derivative Works: The client is not allowed to make alterations, modifications, or derivative works based on the commissioned artwork. This includes changing colors, adding or removing elements, or using the artwork as a base for other creations.

Pricing

Basic Chibi

This includes a chibi character (full colored with detailed shading) with plain background. You'll get JPG, PNG, PNG transparent of your character. Prices are for one character. TAT 5-7 days. Commercial Price 2x. Prices below are only the starting price, additional charges may apply for complex character design and additional props.

Chibi Full Illustration

This includes a detailed shading chibi character with full colored background (landscape or interior) based on your request. The illustration is gonna be focused on story telling based on your character's personality and universe.You will get JPG, PNG, and PNG transparent of the character. TAT 2-4 weeks. Maximum 4 chara in one canvas. Prices are for one character. Commercial Price 2x.Prices below are only the starting price for 1 chibi character+background. Additional charges may apply for complex character design, additional props, or animals.

How It Works

A. Chibi Illustration

1. After full payment, you'll receive 2-3 rough thumbnail sketches based on your brief. If you still not sure of the piece concept/brief, I'll give you a personalized questionnaires based on your unique needs to help you decide.
2. Choose a concept and request up to 1 revision. If no revision is requested at this stage, you’ll have up to 2 minor revisions available during the clean sketch stage.
3. Once the clean sketch is finalized, you’ll receive the base colors for review, with up to 1 minor revision allowed.
4. After base color approval, the final rendering will be completed. One minor revision is allowed on the final draft.

B. Basic Chibi

1. After full payment, you’ll receive 1 sketch based on your brief.
2. You can request up to 2 minor revisions for the sketch.
3. Once the sketch is approved, you'll receive the base colors for review, with up to 1 minor revision allowed.
4. After base color approval, the final rendering will be completed. One minor revision is allowed on the final draft.
